Having Najmeen present for my home birth was truly a blessing. From the moment she arrived, she created such a calm and supportive atmosphere. Her pain management techniques were incredibly effective as she guided me through each wave and kept me centered and focused. I never felt alone or overwhelmed, even during the most intense moments. Najmeen’s encouragement and deep knowledge helped me stay “in the zone” and fully present as I brought my son into the world. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate, skilled, and truly grounding doula.

Philippians 1:3 NLT says “Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God.” This verse describes my exact thoughts when it comes to describing my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience with His Daughter’s Doula. 

As a mom of two under two, you could say my second pregnancy came as a sort of “surprise”. However, I knew early on that there were certain things that I desired for my birth and postpartum journey that I didn’t experience during my first pregnancy journey. Najmeen, was not only in full support of my family’s desires, but she was confident that regardless of what she or I would prepare for, that the Lord would exceed our expectations. This level of confidence in the Lord, encouraged me to be vulnerable and surrender to the journey in a way I may not have otherwise. 

With Najmeen’s prayers and ongoing support, I was able to have my first, completely unmedicated, vaginal birth at home. I only had one small first-degree tear, my physical and emotional healing during the “fourth trimester” was like night and day compared to my first birth. We are forever grateful for His Daughter’s Doula!
