• Two - Four prenatal visits (combination of in-person and virtual)
• One, 2-hour in-person Childbirth Education and Postpartum prep class
• Assistance in creating a birth plan
• Unlimited prenatal and postpartum support via text, phone, and email
• Emotional and informational support for you and your birth partner
• On-call Doula support starting at 37 weeks until birth
• Early labor support at your request, including via phone or in your home before transfer to the birthing location, if applicable
• 2-hour immediate post-birth support, assisting in getting you settled at the birthing location
• 1 in-person postpartum visit
• Complimentary 1-year access to private community group, Mama’s Circle, for existing and former clients (extended postpartum support)
• IBCLC on call for birth to provide one skin-to-skin and breastfeeding support immediately after birth
• IBCLC can be virtual or in-person
• Professional backup Doula, if needed
• Access to an extensive expert referral network of health and wellness care providers
• Access to TENS unit to manage early labor contraction waves
• Surprise birth keepsake
